Sending Cameras For Repair

Please contact me with details of the issues you are having with your equipment before shipping. While it sometimes takes getting the camera/lens on the bench to evaluate for an estimate of repairs, I can often give you an idea of cost based on what the symptoms may be. Pack your equipment carefully with bubble wrap and/or packing peanuts. Assume that your package will be tossed like a football by the carrier (yes, I have seen this happen).

Once an estimate is given and approved, your equipment will go into the queue and actual repair time will vary depending on what needs to be done to your camera/lens.  After the repairs are completed, I will send a Paypal invoice and you can pay either with your paypal balance or a credit card. Please make sure that you have the correct shipping address listed with Paypal as that is how I print out my labels.

Return shipping is your choice of carrier. I normally send USPS Priority Mail for packages under five pounds and UPS ground for heavier shipments.

2.) Also, please include the Suite number and PMB number on your label, otherwise it may get returned to you.
